On the morning of Nov.4,Professor Xinwei Yao, on behalf of the conference organizers and organizing committees, gave a welcome speech and extended sincere greetings to the attendees. He placed high expectations on the development of machine learning and computer application research. Professor Yao pointed out that we need to work together to gather the wisdom of scientists in this era of change.
